“I invite you to discover a series of photobooks that explore the many facets of today’s world. This invitation can be extended with a photographic stroll through the nearby galleries—all located in the Marais—where the authors of these books are represented.”
Drawing on lived experiences, political issues, or personal narratives, these books offer a fresh perspective on current events. They present unique viewpoints that engage with the diverse range of issues and themes of our time. A diverse range of sensibilities, including artists working in “art brut,” whose obsessions also serve as markers of our era. These artists use images to tell stories: they are creators of visual narratives.

AboutAline Pujo:
An art historian, member of AICA (the International Association of Art Critics), and founder of the visual arts patronage program at the Caisse des dépôts et consignations from 1988 to 1994, Aline Pujo also served successively as curator at the Musée d’art Moderne de la Ville de Paris and as curator of the photography collection at Banque Neuflize OBC for twelve years.
An expert in corporate art collections, she co-founded the IACCCA (International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art), which she chaired from 2009 to 2014. Since then, she has been running her contemporary art consulting firm, AAA-Aline Art Adviser, which specializes in building and managing art collections as well as designing exhibitions.
