A look back at the evening of Friday, November 10, at L’INAPERÇU
L’INAPERÇU pleased to invite you to the opening of the “TOPP! The One Person Photobook” exhibition, a selection of photobooks curated by Clément Chéroux, the bookstore’s guest curator.
Publishers, artists, and gallery owners were thus able to take part in the relaunch of L’INAPERÇU booth, where visitors can now find photobooks by artists such as Roni Horn, Julie Joubert, Theo Wenner, Christopher Anderson, Samuel Fosso, Bieke Depoorter, Francesca Woodman, Oliver Culmann, Deanna Dikeman, Thomas Klotz, and many others.
About Clément Chéroux
Clément Chéroux is Director of the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation in Paris. He was previously Chief Curator at MoMA in New York (2020-2022), Senior Curator at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (2017-2020), Curator and then Head of Department at the Centre Pompidou (2007-2016). Chéroux is a photography historian with a doctorate in art history. He has curated some thirty exhibitions and published, as author or editor, over forty works on photography and its history.
