DREAMING JOURNAL - Corinne Mercadier
This artist's book brings together photographs and writings by Corinne Mercadier. It is presented in a space ordered by time, like any diary, and covers a little over a year. The events of the day mingle with stubborn daydreams, glances at the past and the world around us, and the projects that make up the work in progress. Two photographic series intersect: Intérieurs and Glasstypes. The empty spaces in the former and the strange, isolated objects in the latter show two sides of the same search for light. And a dual approach to reality, a changing screen on which images of the visible world and images of an inner world are fixed.
